We are right next to K-Mart at the corner of Oakland Park Blvd. and 6th Ave. Immediately after passing K-Mart (heading east), make a right turn on NE 8th Terrace which splits the Primavera Shopping Plaza in half. We are located in the building on your right. I sublease my office space from an MD, so the sign out front says FLMSA Med/Surg Center. Just look for Suite 105 (it's in the corner of the building). When you enter the reception room, my front desk is on your left.
